Works with GM to address recruiting opportunities and needs.Travel to all New Store Openings.Ensure that all required certifications are maintained and documented.Be involved in manager meetings when applicable. Identify new Front of house trainers and certify them in their positions.Identify and support New Store Opening trainers. Support local management teams with all new trainees and help validate training. standards Identify and develop Trainers into future Front of House Training leads.Conducting and executing appropriate training methods (webinar, on the job training, workshops) and giving guidance to employees as requested.Identifying training needs and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed for new and existing employees.Gather feedback from team members throughout the shift, workshops, etc.Maintain updated curriculum database and training records and provide feedback to management with data analytics of the restaurant.Ensure training is executed at a high level and 100%.Conduct quarterly workshop meetings (bar, presentation) – per market.Conduct two Train the Trainer certifications/recerts per year – per market.Ensure that Twin Peaks staff and trainers are trained using the proper training methods to meet or exceed Twin Peaks standards.Develop methods to monitor staff training progress and enhance training of staff.Provide support to ensure training materials and platforms are used to their fullest potential to provide the ultimate guest experience.Manage and support the implementation of all training related activities in regional market.Participate in the evaluation of any project by leading post-project evaluations and lessons learned – communicating with local management and appropriate leadership.
