Providing strategic leadership and vision for all aspects of employer and alumni relations at UNL Career Services; including program development and management for on-campus recruiting programs such as on-campus interviews, career fairs, employer visits, job/internship postings, and collaboration with College recruitment efforts.

Talent Attraction Coordinator o Developed Nebraska’s first comprehensive strategy to increase the qualified diverse talent for the growing job opportunities in Nebraska through attraction, retention and development of talent. o Cultivated and maintained close relationships with Nebraska businesses to determine talent and hiring needs. o Oversaw a contractor to develop talent attraction materials including video testimonials, business and community resources, and website. o Formed and managed a team of talent-focused professionals to share best practices and collaborate on statewide talent initiatives. o Implemented the Good Life Ambassador Initiative to engage passionate people in sharing good news about Nebraska.InternNE Grant Program Coordinator (2010 - 2015) o Built from concept to implementation a statewide internship initiative serving more than 400 businesses and creating more than 1,000 internships in 4 years. o Managed all aspects of the program including business and student recruitment, strategic partnerships, evaluation and reporting.
