MDM project included: developing and performing a cleanse of existing database of customers and addresses ( ~90000 records); designing new MDM policy to enable tracking of clients from SalesForce through to Revenue transactions; Develop metrics to track cleansing status and progress weekly. Tool design and testing. Definition of key controls for new MDM process. Participate in UAT and Go-Live. Manage existing MDM team daily operations. Assume Management of Global Revenue Regional Accounting Center based in Wayne, PA ( May 2015). Work with Corporate team to develop and execute plan to eliminate the Revenue RAC team and redeploy the resources and work to new Group Accounting Structure. Ensure all operations remained steady during the transition. Work with new Group Controllers to transition existing RAC team duties, staff, controls, and tools to their teams without any audit or control gaps.
