•Responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of various marketing activities that most efficiently and effectively maximize sales, increase customer participation, and build customer loyalty for TECO Partners and Peoples Gas.•Manages the development, management and implementation of targeted marketing programs and campaigns that achieve specific goals and objectives as outlined in the marketing and sales plans for TECO Partners and Peoples Gas.•Analyzes the cost of marketing initiatives and works with Program Managers/Director to develop annual and/or project-specific budgets for TECO Partners and Peoples Gas projects.•Tracking and measurement of TECO Partners and Peoples Gas marketing activities and provides timely reporting to stakeholders.•Supports development and implementation of the customer relationship management program and other database applications that serve team members across the company. •Provides monthly billing of TPI Programs and maintain TPI Accounts Receivables as well as incremental billing accounts for services provided in SAP CRB.

•Manage loss mitigation procedures for 86 branches in six Greater Tampa Bay counties: Develop and implement strategic plans that minimize the risk of loss fromdamage to vehicles, renters and passengers (accidents, lot damage and vandalism, theft and liability). Review and assess both subrogatable and non- subrogatable claims to maximize insurance coverage and minimize future losses.•Conduct periodic operational audits at branch offices to identify loss trends and opportunities for improvement: Evaluate employee engagement, accountability and consistent performance of loss mitigation procedures. Inspect cars on lot for unreported damage. Provide management consultation on process improvement and identify individual and group training needs•Develop and present new hire and ongoing training for employees at all levels: Ensure that all employees are trained on (1) customer vetting procedures,(2) underwriting procedures, (3) employee and customer safety at offices and lots, (4) trunk-to-trunk vehicle inspections, (5) sale of renter protection products, (6) claim initiation, and (7) follow-up with customers on late returns (potential theft)•Update, monitor, analyze and implement loss mitigation initiatives using intelligence from the following loss reports: Stolen Vehicle, Insurance and Collison Damage Waiver, Employee Loss (driving record and loss history), Overdue (stolen) and Unaccounted Vehicles, and Vehicles on Hold reports, as well as Do Not Rent list.•Develop networks and build confidential partnerships with law enforcement agencies: Monitor National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) daily reports and FBI monthly reports on stolen and/or impounded vehicles. Assist officers in their law enforcement efforts and enlist assistance in expediting release of our vehicles•Manage both Enterprise and vendor insurance certificates to ensure coverage for damage to workers, vehicles and property•Respond to subpoenas requested by law firms or law enforcement agencies
