Trained multifamily, office, and retail property management teams on the use of the ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager tool to develop baselines for benchmarking energy, water, and waste performance. Conducted data quality and performance analysis, and verification for 50 multifamily and retail properties and coordinated with property teams to rectify data issues. Managed a database of utility benchmarking policies that impact client portfolios and developed internal staff training enabling consultants to assist property teams with compliance efforts.

Developed, managed, and tracked energy, water, and waste conservation initiatives that improved the overall sustainability of 30+ LUSH North America retail locations. Led the compost pilot program, initiating 15 new compost services within LUSH retail shops nationally. Created and presented webinars to retails managers and environmental offices on local compost service options and staff engagement strategies. Presented at DC Net Impact LUSH Cosmetics Business Tour to promote company’s sustainability goals and achievements.
