About Allison Krawiec-Thayer
Welcome! Prop up your feet, drop your shoulders, and take a deep breath with me. I'm Allison KT - an IPEC and ICF certified coach specializing in mindset for people-pleasers. I help my fellow big-hearted humans have difficult conversations, set boundaries, and stand up for themselves. This is your place for boundary setting techniques, overcoming people-pleasing habits, and Reiki and EFT for emotional balance. I was a people-pleaser for YEARS. I grew up in the midwest and was the typical good student, active in youth group, playing sports, and doing orchestra. I learned "it is selfish to shine too brightly," "it is good to put other people first," "it is lazy to tend to yourself." However, when I started coach training (in 2016), suddenly my eyes were open to the reality that these were just thoughts. Just some persons opinion. They don't have to be *my* opinion. People-pleasing wasn't done with me yet though. I finished coach training in 2018, right before my spouse and I packed up and moved to San Francisco. My initial thought was "what a beautiful opportunity to really give coaching a go!"However, a few grueling months in, my thoughts were... much darker and far more depressed. I had to work *with* my nervous system. I had to heal my tender parts. So now, since 2021 I have built a business supporting people-pleasers combining my educational background (Psychology & Conflict Transformation), with my professional education (IPEC and ICF coaching credentials), and my spiritual education (Reiki Master & EFT tapping). My one-of-a-kind work presents an incredibly holistic and supportive approach to boundaries healing. I am not a "tough love" coach here to trigger your nervous system. I support my clients by reminding them of their Highest Vision. I remind them of their worthiness, their intuition, and what they are here to do.
