Aurora Day Camp brings the joys of childhood back to children with cancer and their siblings through day camp, year-round and in-hospital programs all offered free of charge. Overseeing the registration process of campers and staff. Managing data, communicating with families, hospital personnel, and camp staff to provide support and ensure a safe and exciting camp experience.Overseeing office administrative duties and managing payroll for summer camp staff. Assisting with summer camp staff hiring process, staff training, and staff support.Assisting with logistics for camp and year-round programming, including open houses and staff meetings. Providing emotional support to camp families, including through bereavement of campers. Assisting with annual fundraising events, including running silent auction and managing event logistics for walk-a-thon and gala.
