Worked with WSI’s safety consultant to influence the development of safety policies and identify proactive safety goals, which resulted in a 25% reduction in the facility’s workers compensation premiums. As Program Director for the Service Excellence initiative, collaborated with a management consultant and organized sessions for all facility employees. The goal of the Service Excellence program was to change the organizational culture to become an Employer of Choice and Healthcare Provider of Choice. This goal is accomplishable by empowering everyone, from Administration to frontline employees, in sustainable culture change and organizational transformation; thereby improving the patient experience, physician satisfaction and employee retention.  Instrumental in the CHI Connect process that linked the facility’s core business functions with the corporate office. These functions supported daily activities in human resources and involved a year dedicated to working with corporate staff, uploading all employee information to corporate and performing extensive system user testing to ensure a successful go-live.
