Our UAPe team bridges the gap between QA and the end user. We evaluate LinkedIn products, internal and external, consumer and enterprise, in order to provide our member perspective feedback on product flows, design, usability, etc. We work cross functionally on a multitude of products to make LinkedIn better for our members, customers and even our coworker. I respond to member inquiries regarding their Mobile Application and SlideShare accounts. I accomplish this in a quick in efficient manner while creating an above and beyond member experience. I am the go-to for all mobile application related issues for GCO before they would need to get escalated to research. I am also part of a specialized team that handles inquiries on our new product launches. I get to work on these projects first hand before they are rolled out to the rest of the team to ensure members are getting the best first experiences.I teach and distribute the training for the applications queue and remain the point of contact when they need to reach out with questions. When issues go beyond my access to tools for research, I reach out to our Technical Escalation Specialists regarding known issues and finding workarounds for our members.

Worked for the Kodak Gallery account to troubleshoot customer issues on their website which included: password resets, issues uploading pictures to their online gallery, picture quality/resolution, misaligned photos, invalid coupon codes, etc. Answered calls and emails related to customer inquiries and provided a one contact resolution to the user. Collected account information, identified customer concerns, resolved the issue, educated appropriately and documented all interactions to the customer's account.
