Human Resources Director
Current• Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training activities of new team members including working with management to draft and post job ads, screen candidates and interview scheduling. Serve as the initial contact and “face” of the company for new and prospective employees.• Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.• Support in administering employee benefits. Manage all information and documentation relating to employee benefits, including payroll deductions, enrollment forms, open enrollment materials distribution and employee updates.• Administer and oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.• Assist corporate payroll administration, ensuring that all employees are paid accuratelyand according to HR policy as well as state and federal regulations.• Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.•• Manage documentation and scheduling of staff performance reviews. Track performance review schedules for all managers. • Administer employment verifications, UI claims, wage garnishments, child support orders and other employment-related inquiries/ requests.• Manage HRIS database for the division including new employee setup, input employee changes, manage system records and provide reports as needed.• Provide multi-state HR guidance and support to a rapidly growing organization.
