Educator of over 120 Middle-Eastern ESL students in the areas of reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary development, spelling, and creative writing. Devised individual progress plans for entirety of students to encourage goal setting and increased performance. Innovative teaching methods and individual student coaching resulted in 9% increase in average test scores from previous year.
