Allison McKibbon is a Senior Client Relationship Director of Icon Wealth Partners. She is a licensed Investment Advisor and broker. Previously, she was with Avalon Investment & Advisory for over five years where she was a Relationship Manager assisting with the creating and maintaining of comprehensive wealth management plans for high net worth individuals and families, as well as select institutions, including foundations and endowments. Allison’s dedication to clients; as well as her legal background and financial experience, allows her to provide clients with excellence. She is accustomed to handling the unique needs that clients encounter with wealth, including but not limited to: merging existing investment accounts, distributing wealth to loved ones, maximizing the tax efficiency of one’s portfolio, and keeping up with changing laws and protocols. Allison worked for Morgan, Lewis, and Bockius as a paralegal, specializing in litigation and toxic tort cases. While working at Morgan, Lewis and Bockius she served on the trial teams of several prominent cases including one of the largest environmental cases in U.S. history. Allison also interned with a Federal District Court Judge in Southeast Iowa, served as a Communications Assistant in London for the Minister of Defense/Member of UK Parliament, and worked as a Clerical and Notary Assistant for BrownWinick Attorneys at Law in Iowa. Allison graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications from Central College in Pella, Iowa. While studying at Central College, Allison held several leadership positions including President of the Central College Student Body. She received her Paralegal Certificate from Rice University and also earned the CFA Institute Investment FoundationsTM Certificate.
