As part of our Global Talent & Organization Executive Committee, I partner with teams across Accenture, academia, and industry to define what's next for Talent and bring it to life for our clients. A cornerstone of this role is a deep collaboration with Accenture's Human Resources team. Accenture's Human Resources team brings forward next generation talent practices by applying new research, experimenting with new products and offerings, and scaling what succeeds.
