I am a problem solver. I truly believe that there are at least three solutions to every problem, and I know how to find those solutions. I am resourceful, and never happy to stop at “I don’t know.” If I don’t know how to solve a problem, or get started on a new project, then I will figure it out. (I’ll probably start by finding some background reading.)I am a planner. I can break down a project into the minutest tasks, using project management software, a spreadsheet, or a notepad and pen. But even when I am arranging the minutiae of a project I don’t lose track of the big picture, or the drive to reach that ultimate goal. I am empathetic. I will listen to your audience, and my colleagues, and imagine how they might be feeling, what they might need, and come up with ways to meet those needs.I am curious.
