She offers both individual and small group services. Upon request, she also designs and delivers larger training and development sessions. At Capital One, Allison held 4 roles in under 10 years -- 2 functions, 3 levels, and the opportunity to participate in and help lead some of the company's most prestigious development programs. Allison built and led the Strategy and Consulting teams for External Affairs while incubating and spinning off more teams along the way. In a prior role, she was an executive recruiter who also led staff recruiting teams.At Korn/Ferry, she was part of the firm's Reston office and directly supported the Managing Director of the Human Resources Center of Expertise. Before joining Korn/Ferry, she supported the Regional/Office Managing Partner of the Washington, DC, office of Heidrick & Struggles.Allison is a strategic planning consultant and former Teach for America teacher. She has worked w/ a healthy mix of companies of all sizes and situations, startups, and non-profits. She has worked w/ CHROs, CFOs, CTOs, and P&L leaders. Her cross-industry experience including tech, healthcare, financial services, government services, and non-profit.She has a Masters degree from American and an undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill. An active Board member of the Washington Urban Debate League, she regularly volunteers her time and services to support non-profits in the DC area.
