I pursued my work on marine disease and habitat as part of the Fisheries Conservation Lab at SERC. I studied oyster reef health by evaluating habitat quality, multiple parasitic infections, and community ecology across environmental conditions and management regimes. My work involves remote monitoring and sampling of oyster reefs, disease diagnosis, synthesis of existing data, and analyses of ecological conditions across space and time.
