From the start, Allison was open to any challenge expected from our client and driven to meet their goal set on the team. What impressed me the most about Allison was her ability to communicate with our client effortlessly and make it seem natural when others failed to do so. They set all the team's zoom meetings with our client and kept the team updated on any new information requested by our client. Allison also took the responsibility of organizing the groups Monday.com which resulted in the teams' ability to have clear communication and work efficiently. Our group partnered with the non-profit Grand Vision Foundation in San Pedro, California. Our mission was to get 100 students to attend a free concert highlighting climate change and rising sea levels. The concert was called Small Island Big Song. Our group was successful in our mission, as we got 185 students to attend!!! Allison was instrumental in helping us reach our goal. Allison ensured we stayed in constant communication with our group and with the Grand Vision Foundation, by setting up and leading Zoom calls, sending emails, and detailing our progress in memos.
