As an Office and Set Production Assistant on television-film projects associated with ABC, Amazon Prime and Freevee, Apple, Disney, Food Network, HBO Max, and Netflix, I developed in-depth knowledge of clerical and on-set responsibilities. In office, I held the tasks of the daily completion of ExG reports and draft of production reports, the collection and maintenance of confidential information and documentation on the Google drive. Assisted with on-boarding and payroll as well as filed, faxed, and printed documentation for on-the-day storyboards and slides. Utilized communication skills with employees, employers, and vendors by phone, email, and in person conversation. In addition, I coordinated budget, schedules, rentals, production receipts, travel accommodations for cast and crew members, transactions with a personal production credit card as well as arranged catered meals for large productions. On set, I coordinated first team talent, the action of their lines as well as transported actors to on-the-day and off day rehearsals, locked up work areas, lifted/transferred production equipment around set, inventoried walkie-talkies for over a hundred crew members, coordinated background extra talent, and closely served the needs of Directors.
