I develop and maintain Wardlaw and Lasseigne, LLC company website and Facebook Page. I also design company logo/branding as well as company brochures.

I manage all external communications including Healing Place Church's social media accounts, website, live stream presence, marketing and photography.

I maintained the Graphic Design & Social Media Presence for Trafficking Hope Louisiana, Inc., a non profit that raised awareness for human trafficking and also houses victims of human trafficking through Hope House, US.

I owned and ran a freelance graphic design business. I have experience creating company logos and brands, party invitations, announcements, and company advertisements.

As graphic designer, I worked to develop attention grabbing, productive advertisements. I also created business graphics for MBL clients including but not limited to business logos, report stylings, and website design.

I was manager and personal assistant for Olympic track athlete, Lolo Jones. I managed all paperwork, scheduling, finances and personal errands/needs for her. I also ran The Lolo Jones Foundation, which strives to help children and families affected by incarcerated loved ones. I organized and put on foundation events, including a partnership with Academy Sports – where 30 children were given a shopping spree with her. I also aided in Lolo’s social media output (400,000+ following), both via photography and in writing. I communicated daily with website developers, marketing agents and sponsors. I learned hands on people skills, organizational skills , leadership skills and how to work with professional business etiquette.

I was a youth specialist and Case Manager for Healing Place Serve’s Street Outreach Program. I worked with young women, who within a 16-21 age range, are considered at-risk in the 70805 zip-code area of Baton Rouge. Basic case management includes support in finding a job, obtaining a GED, and locating a better living situation, with added emotional support when necessary. I also planned and coordinated an After School Program, a safe place for youth to drop in between the ages of 3:30pm and 5:30pm on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s, where they can receive homework help and connection with positive influences while having an enjoyably secure experience. I also helped lead weekly roaming outreaches twice a week, where driving the streets of Baton Rouge, we developed contact with anyone in our age range who may be out or hanging in a typical “hangout spot” - making it a point to venture out to where they are, instead of always expecting them to come to us. After contact and relationship were established, case management will began.

I was employed by LSU ITS as a student worker while enrolled at LSU. Our department serviced all voicemail systems across LSU’s campus. While a student worker, I answered phone calls for the voicemail system help desk, ran errands, worked with constructing and deconstructing campus pagers, created PowerPoint presentations and kept an ongoing excel spreadsheet of data. While employed, I learned communication and people skills, basic Microsoft office, problem solving, and general secretary skills.
