Allison Raaker is a Instructor at SV Academy. Colleagues describe her as "I worked for Allison for a little over a year and amidst a lot of things going wrong, working for Allison was always the thing at work that was going right. Being an SDR can be really stressful, but Allison did a fantastic job in not only keeping me motivated, but in making sure I felt like I was supported by her. The biggest thing that Allison did for me was teaching me the process of being an SDR. She would work with me almost every single day on designing email templates, working on call scripts, and ensuring that our strategy for building our pipeline was generally sound. Not only did she help me with these things, but she involved me in the process and took my opinions very seriously, which allowed me to not just benefit from them being done, but let me complete them myself in the future. The last thing I'll say about Allison is how much she cares about the people that work for her. Allison worked to not only help me with my career, but every single one of my team members. In addition to teaching us and developing our skills, she consistently fought for our team's recognition to be commensurate with our accomplishments. I loved working for Allison and if I were to ever venture back into Sales I would absolutely be hoping to work for her again!" and "For the last year, Allie and I have partnered on hiring for her SDR team.
