Using the Brandbassador platform, I have built out a community of ambassadors for Drops. I create missions for our ambassadors to complete to help spread the word about the app without going the more traditional influencer route.

At Drops, I organically grew all of our social media channels exponentially. The largest growth was on our Instagram which went from closeto to 10,000 to 100,000 followers in just over a year. Worked with our senior designer to create a brand look for our socials. Worked with PR firm to help spread the word about Drops through blogs, press, and influencers.

Shooting and editing product photos, uploading aged inventory to Amazon, and helping to create our own e-commerce site. Daily responsibilities include photoshoots, photo editing, content creation, tracking statistics, and monitoring Amazon.

Working with daily product intake, shooting and styling product that ranges from clothing to skateboards. Constant communication with buyers, warehouse, and 3rd party vendors. Created numerous ways of shooting products to speed production and streamline website.

Assisted customers with orders over the phone or through email and work through issues that arose; whether it be scheduling or production. Also worked on the technical side producing small scale box designs using CAD and doing pre-production.

Assist English teachers in France in the effort to help children ages 11-15 learn English more efficiently.

Work with customers to find solutions to their problems and also place new orders into order management system. Majority of time spent trying to make customers happy while simultaneously finding a solution to help the business. Heavy use of Ecometry and Microsoft Office.

Worked as an intern to learn how to set up, break down and work on a photography set. Helped with many large clients including Hostess, Applebee's and Borden.

Edited images of pharmaceuticals for automated pharmacy machines. Heavy use of Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Access.

Worked as a student photographer and graphic designer. Duties included photographing events, selecting and editing photos for website and creating publications, such as: fliers, brochures, and interdepartmental forms. Heavy use of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.

Worked as a photographer for Monday-Friday university newspaper. Had to deal with short notice, pressure to put out quality work on short deadlines and create rapport with strangers. Responsible for choosing photos for publishing and writing AP cutlines.

Responsible (one night a week) for imaging all photos for print newspaper and accompanying website. Required knowledge of CMYK printing and RGB for the web.
