• Provide monthly reporting on key financial data for large national clients: I create custom reports which I then integrate with carrier claim data. These are generated using Access Databases. • Develop Loss Reserve and Loss Forecast Analysis: These reports are crucial in LOC (line of credit) discussions with the renewing carrier.These reports are vital in the current economic climate as it is very hard for the clients to be able to secure large lines of credit.• Design and Implement Claims/Report System: Hays has purchased the rights to Origami Risk which is a claims management system, and is in the process of customizing and implementing this system company wide. Origami will contain client claim data. This will allow us to query data and provide reports to our clients. I work with professionals at Origami to design and customize this system from the ground up to meet our unique business needs. After rollout is complete, I will be the point person for implementation questions, technical support, and training for both our internal employees and external clients that use the system. • Supply insurance data for use within the company and for clients: I am one of the only people in the company that has access to run reports for many of our clients. I create, run, summarize, and manipulate (through pivot charts or Excel formulas), and present these reports to provide excellent service to our clients.• Navigate multiple insurance carrier risk management platforms: I have learned and am able use over thirty different risk management platforms. I access and manipulate data from many different platforms at the same time on a daily basis.• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Business Objects, and Origami Risk.
