The Mom Project is a digital talent marketplace and community that connects professionally accomplished women with world-class companies.I own strategy and product development for small business employers so that they can use our platform to find the right talent for their organizations.Major accomplishments:- Oversaw development and delivery of a new feature that allowed users to collaborate with each other, driving increased adoption of our platform with our clients- Improved efficiency and delight with interviewing by adding key new features

I managed Civis' Research Solution products. The Civis Research Solution helps brands and organizations conduct survey research on their current and potential customers. Our team was comprised of data scientists, engineers, and social scientists who were committed to helping our clients understand who is persuadable how and why.We launched Creative Focus, an online tool that evaluates the persuasiveness of creatives (including video, image, and text).

I manage Civis' survey/research product. Our team has five engineers and three data scientists, and we build internal and external survey research tools. My favorite part of what we do is doing research with our users, hearing about their experience using our products. I also enjoy taking the state of the art survey science developed by our research and development team, such as quotas and weighting, and implementing it into usable, scalable tools. These tools have helped Civis greatly expand the amount of survey business we can handle and has also greatly reduced costs. Impact: Dense tools and processes understood by only a few specialists can now be used company wide without dedicated training

I designed and managed survey projects for clients in a range of industries, including telecommunications, retail, politics, and hospitality. I worked with clients to identify research needs and clarify project objectives. I also managed and developed junior analysts. Lastly, I contribute to the development of current and future research tools. I have worked on a customer facing survey tool, Civis Research, which is awesome - check it out! I have also managed several projects to improve how we field our surveys and to improve the quality of the responses we receive.

I developed and managed an online consumer intelligence community. We recruited ~1,000 engaged health plan members to respond to ad hoc surveys on various topics. This panel had a big business impact because member intelligence could be collected very quickly, allowing stakeholders to incorporate member impact and satisfaction into their decisions

I conducted end to end research for various business units. In addition, I oversaw health plan accreditation survey projects, including Medicare star ratings, Health Outcomes Survey (HOS), and HEDIS/Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS), NCQA metrics, and various state and regulatory agency survey metrics. In addition, I managed CAHPS improvement experiments. Health plans are evaluated on member experience, and results are published for consumers on marketplaces, so predicting and improving ratings has a large business impact. One last fascinating piece of my work was evaluating members' experience of the implementation of Affordable Care Act health plans. Ask me about it!
