As a training program manager at Kingspan Insulated Panels North America, I have over four years of experience in creating and delivering onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing employees in the building materials industry. My mission is to develop and enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our diverse and talented workforce, and align our training objectives with our organizational goals and values.I bring a customer-centric and collaborative approach to my role, and leverage my technical writing and communication skills to create engaging and effective training materials and presentations. I work with managers, supervisors, and directors across various departments to identify and assess the training needs and gaps of our staff, and design customized and relevant training programs and curricula. I also work with department supervision to develop a standing weekly training session to improve overall training quality and consistency. Additionally, I monitor and evaluate the impact and outcomes of our training initiatives, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement. Some of my recent achievements include creating a comprehensive onboarding training program for new hires, successfully completing and compiling over 20 live training sessions with attendance of over 100 people in each session, and creating and consolidating training content and documentation across departments.
