Allison Schaefer Crews, Aia is a Team Leader at Progressive Companies. She possess expertise in revit, design research, autocad, indesign, rhino and 19 more skills. Colleagues describe her as "Alison is a dedicated and enthusiastic individual. Dedicated to the profession of Architecture and enthusiastic about the impact it can make upon peoples lives. As the student member of our AIA Illinois board, she represented the Architectural students of all of the Universities in Illinois. She worked tirelessly to enhance our network of communication between AIAS chapters in the schools and then represented their interests in the Board activities. We valued Alison's contributions to our discussions on "the emerging professionals" and the student perspective on the profession." and "Allison has excellent organizational skills. I taught two large courses both containing 125 students and for an entire year Allison coordinated my schedules, sent all communications to the students, participated in organizing events for the group, collected finished design problems and aided in both grading and the assembly of the graded data. She did all of this while managing a very intense course of architectural study; handling both her personal university couresework and her assisting duties quite well. She is very positive and timely in her work, insisting on her own highest quality effort. As a tenured professor, I have worked with several undergraduate assistants and Allison would be ranked in the top 5% of those that work with me in the studio and in the other responsibilities that I have.
