A strong and respected executive leader, Allison A. Scardino, MBA has over 25 years of hands-on experience working with P&C insurance industry executives and professionals. Known as a “go getter” within the industry, she has a passionate and energetic approach for knowledge, finding solutions for her clients, and professional & personal growth aspirations. Allison is currently the Senior Vice President of Business Development for Allied Universal Compliance and Investigations, headquartered in Raleigh, NC. In this role she oversees the revenue growth, profitability and overall sales & marketing initiatives for the suite of services Allied Universal offers to the industry.Previously, Allison has held various executive positions within both the managed care sales and claims based sectors, with her areas of expertise including medical expert consultative services sales, dynamic sales team training & mentoring, cost mitigation initiatives, developing & implementing progressive client-based solutions, high exposure claims consulting, experience modification factor analysis & reduction, and public speaking/educational lecturing at professional conferences & seminars throughout the nation.Allison is passionate about giving back to the industry. She is a strong advocate of elevating and participating in formal mentoring of women through her work on the Board of Directors for the Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation. Allison also is a member of the Board of Directors for Kids’ Chance of America. Further, she is the President and a founding Officer of Kids’ Chance of Wisconsin. Additionally, Allison routinely volunteers at Badgerette Pom Pon, Inc., the YMCA of Metro Milwaukee, and Marquette University. Linking the mind/body connection and the importance of an outlet outside of work, Allison loves teaching Les Mills BodyPump™, cycling, core and hot yoga at various fitness centers in the greater Milwaukee and Lake Country areas for the past 20 years.
