Rustic Roots Winery is a brand new winery in the heart of the Saint Croix River Valley (opened Labor Day 2020). I joined the team a couple months prior to opening to establish protocols and policies, onboard and train the staff, order all initial tasting room supplies and manage wine inventory, and help the leadership team make final pre-opening decisions.
