Looking Back has created a growing network of sporting & social reminiscence groups for sufferers of memory loss illnesses & those who are socially isolated. These are a mixture on online Zoom sessions, and face-to-face sessions where Rugby League enthusiasts - players, officials and supporters alike, can share their memories, love of the game with like minded others.Growing numbers of the aging population are suffering from memory loss illnesses and older men are becoming socially isolated - a problem exacerbated by the Covid 19 pandemic . Anybody who enjoyed, spectating or participation in sport in their youth, retains that interest in sport in later life. Currently, our memory clubs, which are delivered in conjunction with the local Rugby League professional team, exist in some of the most disadvantaged areas of the country = from Whitehaven to Warrington to Dewsbury to Hull. Our aspiration is to expand this club network, so provision is accessible to any vulnerable older-person within any of the Rugby League communities.

We match local students with local business.Our aim is to help our community prosper by bringing together local business and talented students through an apprentice scheme that really works. We are currently running schemes in across Kirklees with high schools and sixth form colleges that recognise the importance of apprenticeships as a valuable career route for their learners. In addition we are working with SME businesses who sign up to our unique match making service to recruit their apprentices , as well as working with a number of Training Providers to help fill their apprenticeship vacancies through our direct links with schools.Apprenticeships are notoriously difficult for young people to secure and employers to fill - we a service which brings both parties together, making matches which work!In addition, Enhance HR has been established as a bolt on service to Entice to ensure the successful implementation of an organisation’s apprenticeship scheme.We aim to provide specialist recruitment, HR, training, coaching and administrative support to maximise the effectiveness of an apprenticeship programme, which in house staff and company resources may not always be able to provide.We navigate the apprenticeship framework and deal with all parties to cohesively bring the process together.
