About Allison Sutherland

Alight through Design + Be at ONE with your space.I love design. My parents were both designers and nurtured and supported my inherent (and inherited) talent. I was blessed with the opportunities to walk open houses on Sundays and antique shopping as a family outing. My formal training further enhanced the development of my aesthetic and honed the business skills I use today.My personal style is influenced as a California coastal native, I bring those influences into my design aesthetic. My beachy casual sensibility comes from my days in Manhattan Beach and my more refined appreciation for quality and richness comes from my residency in Piedmont and Ross. When designing I enjoy playing with scale, creating textural tactile experiences, organic elements paired with clean lines, adding a pop of personality and using found objects and vintage pieces.
