I have a versatile practice that is focused on corporate compliance and investigations, litigation support and Ediscovery and due diligence reviews. I also negotiate, draft and advise clients with regard to day-to-day legal matters and general corporate agreements. I have assisted with numerous internal investigations involving allegations of fraud and regulatory noncompliance, including violations of the Colorado Consumer Protection Act.With a particular focus on higher education, I provide guidance and counsel on a wide range of issues affecting colleges and universities, including student affairs, compliance, and privacy rights. I have experience in various aspects of litigation, including assisting in trial preparation and discovery, as well as drafting legal briefs/memoranda. I have operational and logistical knowledge regarding Ediscovery, document systems and predictive coding, having worked extensively with information technology contractors and clients in responding to government audits.
