I ran a program of 200 juniors, oversaw a staff of 10-12 tennis professionals, created, marketed, and budgeted for a minimum of 10 events per year, and was responsible for 65% of the clinic revenues for the overall program. In 2011, I determined it was time to make an impact on a larger scale.
