Taking on the responsibility of consumer lending as a full time position, I continue to help the members of the credit union with their financial loan needs. I am in the process of training in real estate to further my knowledge and provide service and information regarding purchases or refinances for small commercial and single family homes.

Dealing with both the sales and service side of the credit union, I am the first face every member sees when they walk into the branch. I act as concierge for the loan officers; scheduling appointments, assisting members, answering questions in regards to requirements for specific loans, and sending out hand written cards welcoming all new members to the.

As a branch teller I am required to handle cash, recognize financial service requirements, identify and refer sales opportunities and manage members inquires and complaints. In the first six months after I was hired I took on more responsibilities such as balancing the ATM, assisting with bank audits and with the completion of certification courses I am.

In 2011 I was hired as a server where I learned to handle money, resolve customer conflict, prepare food and further my knowledge on the computer. I ended my career there on Stonefire's training team where I oversaw the development of new employees and guided them to meet the restaurants expectations.
