I am very organized, dedicated and hard-working. I take pride in my work and like being able to do my very best while helping others succeed as well. I have a bachelor’s degree in English and Philosophy from Queen’s University and more recently an Administrative Assistant diploma from triOS College. I have been an Assistant Manager for six years at both Purdy’s Chocolatier and Starbucks. Here I gained experience in time management and efficient decision making in fast-paced environments. I trained and coached the team on their performance and was a role model for exceptional customer service. I am proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and Quickbooks, and can quickly learn new software, like Sharepoint and Staffworks. My typing speed is 40 wpm. I have terrific interpersonal skills and work well in teams due to my positive attitude. I like to anticipate the needs of my customers and co-workers to provide better service and support.
