Hi, I'm Allison. I stumbled upon the field of Product while working at a mobile marketing agency at the dawn of the App Store, and never looked back. Ten years later, I have worked in a variety of Product Management roles, from PM'ing at an established dot-com (looking at you, Cars.com), to leading global teams at a corporate behemoth (hey, McDonald's), to now leading the Product team at a startup (love ya, Crafty!). I love it all, and feel so lucky to have found this field. In addition to my experience being varied in terms of company size, it also spans across many types of products- native mobile apps, loyalty programs, ecommerce websites, enterprise software, kiosks, and backend webservices. I love helping to solve complex customer and business problems by getting into the weeds with Engineering, UX Design, and Data partners. I consider myself a servant leader who emphasizes learning, empowerment, collaboration, and creativity in my team. My product managers are known for being high-performing individuals who are data-driven, action-oriented, and accountable. I strive to create and model a balanced, inclusive, and kind team culture.Today, I lead the Product Management & Design Team at Crafty. Our team of talented makers is responsible for the ecommerce marketplace for our Clients, the enterprise software platform that powers our supply chain and order fulfillment, and the mobile applications for our field staff around the globe.
