I am a bridge-builder, always looking for creative solutions to bridge new gaps I discover.MY STORY:I am an authentic, service-oriented leader who leads with kindness and understanding. My personal and professional lived experiences have led me to where I am today and fuel my passion for making workplaces equitable, inclusive, and welcoming for everybody - embracing diversity as a strength. MY EXPERIENCE:I recently received my masters in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Psychology, where I focused on talent, specifically in diversity equity and inclusion and company culture. I've led full-cycle recruiting at two international organizations, and I have eight years of program and project management experience. I've also designed and implemented numerous leadership development programs for clients and their employees, as well as numerous workshops and webinars. In all my roles, I have been responsible for gathering and analyzing data, and creating reports to present to internal and external stakeholders. I received my undergraduate degree from Brown University with an independent concentration in mental health and the arts, a degree I customed designed and got approved because of my passion for mental wellbeing and creative expression.
