Allison is a Director in PwC's Risk Assurance practice with 14 years of consulting experience in audit, compliance, and risk assurance services. Allison provides assurance over the management of risks through companies’ second and third lines of defense including enterprise-wide risk assessments, outsourced or cosourced internal audit and SOX programs, compliance monitoring, and sustainability assessments. Allison uses business process knowledge in benchmarking and maturity assessments, design evaluations, and testing of operational, financial, compliance and IT controls. Allison has led multiple programmatic assessments and department-wide transformations for internal audit, accounting and financial reporting, sustainability reporting, ethics and compliance, and business continuity.Prior to risk assurance, Allison spent 5 years conducting external audits and attestation engagements including annual financial statement audits, annual reports and certificates, quarterly reviews, due diligence reviews, debt and equity offerings.
