Built in 1827 and now derelict, this long term project plans to transform the neo-classical building into a community resource and enterprise centre.

Creative Agent for the Creative Partnerships schools programme in numerous Thames Gateway schools, conference management and support, event planning, youth training, volunteer programme development, teacher training, Arts Award and most recently youth research and consultation programme management.

Assessed Artsmark applications from nine SE schools, carried out assessment visits and report writing.

Developed Promenade a three day celebration of heritage, art and architecture in Sheerness, involving over 25 events including talks, tours and performances and involving several high profile speakers such as Michael Palin and Dan Cruickshank.
