Organized and managed over 90 fundraisers and meetings involving venue-planning, staffing, guest prospecting, and event follow-up for congressional members and their staff. During Covid, event organization was remote, and close to 40 virtual events were hosted with more than $1,500,000 raised between various members. Tracked contributions for 9 campaign committees and leadership PACs, coordinating with congressional finance compliance teams to ensure accurate quarterly financial reporting. Project: Biocrust Community Development> Designed and built an experiment to transplant biocrust communities form aridlands areas to a controlled greenhouse environment where decades of weather and growth patterns could be rapidly simulated.> Responsible for managing funds, experimental design, project build, and project management over 6 months.> Project led to transplant of newly grown biocrust to damaged aridland areas for experiments in land restoration and soil stabilization.Project: Biocrust Community Monitoring Utilizing Infrared Mapping> Developed Chlorophyl-a analysis techniques for aridlands soils.> Managed and processed over 900 soil and plant samples using chemical and photometric lab analysis techniques.> Joined a field campaign to sample and map vulnerable aridlands areas, including utilizing drones equipped with infrared cameras to compare visible chlorophyll to processed samples.
