As the sole graphic designer at the head office of Aramark Canada, I was responsible for creating and maintaining brand strategies for a wide variety of dining services in business, healthcare, and higher education accounts across North America. I was responsible for marketing collateral including customer incentives, digital menu screens, printed menus, labels, catering catalogues, and more. Working closely with marketing and operations managers across vast accounts, together we implemented forward-thinking marketing, as well as cohesive and consistent design solutions while creating and maintaining brand recognition, value, and increased customer loyalty.

Provided design and marketing solutions for the dining services at York University in Toronto, Ontario. Responsible for on-site assessments and walkthroughs in order to implement and maintain a strong marketing presence. This was accomplished in the form of re-organization and creation of marketing collateral, social media account up-keep, brand strategy, as well as designing printed materials such as customer incentives, package design, digital menu screens, printed menus, banners, posters, labels and more.
