Created learning assets to support the Performance Management process including webinars, job aids, infographics, video demos and self-paced courses. I also coordinated the analysis of HCM data to identify competency gaps that informed a course on Writing Quality Goals.Customized role-based pathways for an enterprise wide course on quality incentive programs in healthcare.Established relationships with multiple firms to bring on instructional design consultants.Led numerous stakeholders across HR and IT in the successful conversion from Sumtotal to Workday Learning in just 7 months. I coordinated the discovery, requirements, design, content conversion strategy, training and support strategy. I researched and tested every possible feature in the system, gaining a level of insight needed given there was minimal to no documentation.Collaborated across decentralized learning teams to establish quality standards through a Community of Practice. Established governance standards for the LMS and worked with team members to establish a standardized evaluation form and quiz template.Conducted user testing to inform software video demos and course interface improvements.

I worked with the ISO team of insurance professionals, actuaries, and product developers to design education about insurance software and a range of insurance coverage products. I led the instructional design and was also responsible for graphics and development of videos and interactive tutorials with Articulate Storyline.

I worked with an incredible team of game designers, animators, developers, graphic and UX designers to create role-play game based learning experiences with virtual humans. Instructional Design for a 1-hr course on Screening and Brief Intervention with Adolescents (purchased by the American Academy of Pediatrics and implemented in 60 universities in schools of Nursing and Social Work). Instructional Design for a Skills Assessment on Brief Intervention for alcohol use with adults and a training on Effective Police-Youth Interactions within American Indian communities.

Designing eLearning for K-12 teacher professional development courses.Instructional design and Storyline development for Taking Action with Data; collaborated with subject matter experts, a graphic designer and motion designer. Developed interactive learning modules for The Flipped Classroom in collaboration with content developers. Evaluated and executed a course update to transform instructional delivery for two courses: Culturally Responsive Teaching & Strategic Conversations. Organized video to be chunked for the learner, created interactive learning modules and supplemental resources.

At Excent I handle instructional design for MyGraduationPlan, an online course on self-determination and transition planning for students with disabilities. I also designed and manage the Parent Transition Guide, a course for parents of students with intellectual or developmental disabilities to help them navigate agency services, develop post-secondary goals and navigate legal changes.I handle all administration of the Moodle LMS, coordinate development for Moodle, develop online training for our IEP management software, design internal company training and help coordinate the blog and social media efforts of the company.

I develop documentation & online courses on how to use Moodle and Moodlerooms customizations. Administration training, consultant for Moodle course development, and Moodle-based instructional designer for corporate and higher education.

Responsible for coordinating email/phone/walk-in support with 3 student assistants. Blackboard and Moodle administration. Established an FAQ center with Drupal, developed documentation via a Faculty Guide, and delivered all instructor training for Moodle. Coordinated the Blackboard to Moodle conversion, retrained all faculty, and assisted in quality assurance, testing and requirements documents. As a member of the Help Desk team from Aug-Dec. 2008, I assisted with a campus-wide email transition to Zimbra (tier one support & training).

I served as an assistant in a Philadelphia middle school and helped to manage a literacy after-school program. Lots of great service days spent building playgrounds, painting murals, and running a Spring break camp for kids.
