The implementation was a foundational implementation for 2 divisions in Mexico and 2 divisions in Chile/Peru. A simple process was developed for Demand Planning and the system was integrated to Oracle EBS. The resulting Demand Planning process yielded forecast accuracy improvements in the first month.
