In this role, I provide real time support to customers by responding promptly to enquiries on products on the marketplace platform as well as enquiries on the escrow service. I manage both inbound and outbound calls and emails. I assist with onboarding of new merchants and their products on the marketplace platform and reviewed existing features on the.
