•Designed and taught a culinary focused curriculum specifically for students with multiple barriers to learning and employment. •Provided students with resources to aid them in their employment search such as accessing relevant job boards, providing references and developing interviewing skills. •Prepared student progress reports and evaluations in order to provide valuable feedback to course participants.
