Developed an Italian market from scratch and operated it for 7 years. It was an amazing experience to learn how to start a business, eat/drink/travel well & deeply care for our clients. I still get asked weekly when I'm going to reopen the store!

I chose Civil Engineering as my college degree because my older brother couldn't hack it in his classes and I thought, "I could do that."​ Not the best way to choose a college degree! But it did give me ample time to continue learning how to learn and sharpen my problem solving skills. After graduating and spending a little time in the field I knew it wasn't for me and decided to start my own business.
