Throughout my career, I have applied design as a strategic tool to create successful products that resonate with millions of users. I specialize in brand, growth, and product design, enabling me to shape every stage of the user journey. With two decades of experience in designing high-profile products, I have developed a deep understanding of the design process and have spent over ten years building and leading high-performing design teams.In my current role at Semafor, I lead a small team, guiding them to leverage design as a means to enhance brand perception. Before this, I established and led the design team at Axios, where I oversaw brand, growth, and product initiatives. My work there included a total rebranding effort that helped to refine and strengthen Axios's online presence and strategic identity.At ViacomCBS (Paramount), I started as a single designer providing components to the brand teams, and in the span of almost five years, I had the opportunity to lead the Product Design team responsible for the first streaming service for Viacom, a white label solution that could be used by all brands. This included managing well-known brands like MTV, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, Paramount, and BET, ensuring that each brand could utilize the streaming service effectively.Beyond my corporate roles, I have contributed design expertise to esteemed organizations such as the United Nations, Médecins Sans Frontières, MTV Italy, Gruppo Espresso, SKY Italy, Natura, Grupo Positivo, and Grupo Lumen. These experiences have enriched my perspective and honed my ability to deliver compelling design solutions across diverse sectors.
