The job of pivoting a large property development firm is challenging for many reasons. I set out some parameters so that the investment has a high probability of huge returns. Building up the initial team of people, opening up markets in Asia, Europe and America in a jiffy, participating in the product developments had all been very rewarding. For example, Aegis Packaging was founded with the sole aim to provide recyclable plastic packaging material for the world. We champion the idea of Mono-material for #CircularEconomy. Translating an intelligent discovery to a commercially viable product requires me to be both technically competent and commercially savvy. I was also fortunate to have brought Carbon Nano Tube (CNT) and Mesoporous Activated Carbon (MAC) out from the labs into commercial applications. In time to come, I believe the ongoing work by our scientists will birth new battery and #supercapacitor technologies toward a #zeroemission world.
