Primary engineer for the iPad implementation of the Convergence Clinical Dashboard of Patient Data. As Scrum Master, led a cross-functional team of Requirements Analysts, Designers, Engineers, and QA Analysts in the successful completion of multiple sprints and releases of the Covnergence product.Mentored and provided expertise to multiple other mobile projects within the TDC.

Designed and architected from the ground up an iPhone application for a chain of regional convenience stores. Developed features including store locator, daily deals, loyalty card perks information, and digital loyalty card. Also implemented mobile analytics and push notifications, as well as location-based features.Completely overhauled the UI and navigation of existing iPhone application. Implemented numerous new features including barcode scanning, location services, digital loyalty card, and cloud sync of user data. Implemented mobile analytics, push notifications, and social features that helped drive adoption of the app by 90k+ customers. Managed the development of Android and mobile web versions of the same application.

Primary project was an Integrated Property Tax Management System for the City of Baltimore. Brought into help revitalize a failed development effort. Refactored and enhanced a desktop client application using VB.NET and Oracle 10g as the backend database. Overhauled tax calculation libraries and implemented comprehensive automated testing and reporting. Implemented new data conversion programs to cut legacy data conversion times from 6 days to 12 hours.

Completed an ambitious project for the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board for the application and licensing of gambling industry workers. Responsible for leading two junior developers and mentoring them in the C# Smart Client framework.

Project: CCMIS – Childcare Management Information System. This system helps manage all the workflows surrounding the provision of subsidized childcare in the State of Pennsylvania and is used by state workers, county workers, care providers, and care recipients.Coordinated with the 67 county offices in performing data cleansing and data standardization during the initial rollout and consolidation of CCMIS.Primary developer of the conversion programs to perform data conversion and import, data validation, and reporting for several phases of the CCMIS project.
