Refactored and enhanced a desktop client application using VB.NET and Oracle 10g as the backend database. Overhauled tax calculation libraries and implemented comprehensive automated testing and reporting. Implemented new data conversion programs to cut legacy data conversion times from 6 days to 12 hours.
