Handling many Infrastrucutre Delivery projects from Build phase to Operation management and transition. I have worked on all different industry based clients like FMCG, Manufacturing, Startups etc.,. Work with the Technical team in managing the Operational day today activies. Developed new process for the teams along with management to avoid the bottlenecks identified in the process flow and to have smooth operational activities.

Worked on various Cloud Migration Programme involving from planning, execution, monitoring till closure phase. Handled other projects like Network refresh projects, Acquisition, and Merger projects related to IT Infrastructure based on the client strategic requirements and to achive their goal with meticulous planning and execution along with the various build and support team using the policies and procedure dervied for each project.

Handling various IT Infrastructure Projects including Data Center setup, Migration, Application Upgradation, Enhanced Authentication, Cloud Migration, Office Move, Infrastructure Upgrade etc.,

Handling IT Infrastructure projects of simple and Medium level projects abiding the ITIL framework and also working on the Change Management to raise the changes while performing the implementation along with the Technicians.

Performing the IT Analyst role in solving the IT related issues from RSA customers and raising the tickets and assigning to appropriate Technical teams to resolve it and make sure those tickets are not getting breeched.

Handling inbound calls to resolve the Technical issues related to Lexmark printers from US customers.

Resolving users issues with regards to ISP for Charter Communications and troubleshooting the issues and providing the resolution via email.
