1) Design, Construction & Commissioning of Parrot Aviaries:• Understanding the characteristics and specific needs of each species of exotic parrots, designing suitable aviaries/cages.• Supervision of construction/fabrication of various types of aviaries/cages (400 nos)2) Implementing Quality Measures:• Mapping of different activities, establishing error-free practices as a well quality check of raw materials used.• Setting up inspection routines to ensure the quality of food and the health of birds.• Developing an aviary management protocol.

1) Inspection and inventory management(rejections) :• In-house inspection (checking, evaluating, and approving child parts machined in-house).• Incoming inspection (ensuring inward of desired quality parts from vendors).• Store in charge of quarantine area (rejected item inventory).2) Continuous improvement on quality:• Co-ordination of daily cross-functional meetings related to review on quality.• Part of a cross-functional team that deals with customer rejected products.• Root cause analysis and implementation of quality practices in existing and new processes.
