A career that I stumbled upon by chance, has helped me as an individual both personally and professionallyAs the operations manager at Seniority, I focus mainly on coaching and optimizing my sales team, but I also have the opportunity to collaborate cross-departmentally to improve the internal process, to create sales enablement tools and weigh-in our go to market strategy. My work at Seniority allows me to do a variety of things, but being able to grow a top-notch sales organization and provide an efficient solution to our customers is what makes this a labor of love for me.I am highly competitive against myself and others, I am a realist, I love the challenge of being told ‘no’ and turning it into a ‘yes’, my personal mantra is 'Don’t watch the clock; do what it does.
